'!he appearance from the street of an IN parked alongside of a <br /> garage is the same with a larger IN as with a snaller IN. <br /> He preferred any reference to length be deleted. <br /> . Would like to see the FlY regulations handled urrler the <br /> Nuisance Ordinance. <br /> . '!he fewer laws the better <br /> . Maintenance is the issue for havin:] the IN accessible on their <br /> property . <br /> 2. Mrs. Ross commented to the Commission that they did a good job <br /> addressin:] the issues raised by FlY owners, arrl requested that the <br /> City doesn't require hard surfaces like black top or cement vs <br /> gravel for parking IN's. <br /> 3. Virginia Forside stated her questions were answered. <br /> 4. Judy Tekautz stated her questions were answered. <br /> 5. Romelle croswell stated she strongly supports Jim Ross's issues. <br /> She requested a confirmation of the definition of front yard arrl <br /> buildable area. <br /> 6. Les Croswell questioned whether there will be a variance process <br /> pennitted for a person with a large front yard setback arrl no back <br /> yard accessibility. He could show a hardship because of unusual lot <br /> con:litions. <br /> 7. David Fritz noted a 1947 Supreme Court rulin:] that the City cannot <br /> pass an Ordinance over Federal law. Mr. Fritz suggested the City <br /> Attorney look for errors. <br /> . Take off the length requirement, leave open ended. <br />. . Require parking of FlY's on gravel with drainage. <br />
