�EN_HILLS <br /> Approved: April 22, 2024 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> APRIL 8, 2024 <br /> 7:00 P.M. -ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br /> Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Tom Fabel, Brenda Holden, Tena <br /> Monson and Emily Rousseau <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Public Works Director/City Engineer <br /> David Swearingen; Community Development Director Jessica Jagoe; Finance Director <br /> Joua Yang; and Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Councilmember Fabel requested an item be added to the Consent Agenda for a Proclamation to <br /> Recognize April 2024 as Fair Housing Month in the City of Arden Hills. <br /> Councilmember Fabel requested Item 8L be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion <br /> as Item 9A. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested Item 8F be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion <br /> as Item 9B. <br /> City Administrator Perrault asked if Councilmember Fabel's new item would be added under <br /> Public Presentations or the Consent Agenda. <br /> Mayor Grant indicated this item would be added to the Consent Agenda. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried (5-0). <br />
