<br />. CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-09 <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING DENNIS P. PROBST <br /> TO FILL COUNCIL VACANCY <br /> WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills City council, due <br /> to the resignation of an elected Councilmember; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council received letters of application of <br /> qualified persons interested in serving in this capacity; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancy by <br /> appointment of an Arden Hills resident; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby appoints <br /> DENNIS P. PROBST , to serve as councilmember of the city <br /> of Arden Hills, until the next City Election held on the first <br /> Tuesday, after the first Monday in November, 1994. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS THIS 22ND DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1993. <br />.
