CITY OF ARDEN RILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-11 <br /> RESOLUTION REVISING SEWER UTILITY RATES <br /> EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 1992 AND JANUARY 1, 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, city sewer utility rates have not been <br /> increased since July 1, 1987, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance committee and city staff have <br /> reviewed the utility rate structure and has recommended that the <br /> Arden Hills city council increase sewer utility rates, and <br /> WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate <br /> increase is necessary to enable the utility to remain self- <br /> supporting, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective <br /> April 1, 1992 and January 1, 1993, sewer utility rates be revised <br /> as follows: <br /> Class of User Old Rate Revised Rate Per Ouarter <br /> Per Ouarter <br /> Effective 7/1/87 Eft 4/1/92 Eff 1/1/93 <br />.
