Erickson requested a description of the fence materials. Mr. <br /> ostlund stated it would be a chain link fence with the green windscreen. <br /> McGraw offered rationale for a hardship based on the North & South <br /> =ientation required for the courts, and the land available not <br /> accomrnodatin] this orientation without a variance. <br /> Rye commented he preferred 2 rows of deciduous trees planted to help <br /> screen the visual effects of the windscreen. <br /> Erickson questioned the signage f= the proposed drop-off site. Mr. <br /> Oslund stated only directional signs will be placed in this area. <br /> Erickson also questioned whether a speed Wnrp would be installed.
