RESOLUTION NO. 93-19 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br /> OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br /> IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-81-2 <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement N? <br /> ST-81-2 as last finally adopted on August 23, 1982, was <br /> filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> on September 28, 1982, for the purpose of including <br /> installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br /> taxes commencing in 1983; and <br /> WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of <br /> property contained within said assessment roll have been <br /> divided and conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br /> that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br /> original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br /> conveyed, be made by the City council of the City of Arden <br /> Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by <br /> the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in <br /> . the year 1983 and thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Arden <br /> Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of <br /> original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of <br /> August 23, 1982, against the following described property. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS DIVISION NO. 64134 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-19 D/P NO. 5163 <br /> NAME OF ASSESSMENT ST-81-2 AUDITOR NO. 5163 <br /> ORIGINAL PIN NUMBER TOTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> A. 22-30-23-41-0002-3 $ 56.278.15 <br /> B. 22-30-23-44-0002-4 $ 7.905.74 <br /> C. 22-30-23-44-0003-7 $ 10.228.33 <br /> . <br /> - <br />
