He <br /> explained that fees for individual properti es will be <br /> determined according to zoning classification, and levied on <br /> a quarterly basis as a separate item on utility bills. He <br /> added that undeveloped property will be charged one-half af <br /> the usual rate for single-family residential property. <br /> Graham quoted the following proposed Surface Water <br /> Management utility fees per quarter (effective the second <br /> quarter of 1993) : <br /> Zoninq Classification Per Acre or Unit <br /> R-l (single family) $11.94/AC=$3.98/Unit <br /> R-2 (single and two family) $15.64/AC=$3.91/Unit <br /> R-3 (townhouse & low density multiple) $32.48/AC <br /> R-4 (multiple dwelling) $32.48/AC <br /> I-I, 1-2 (limited & general industrial) $50.75/AC <br /> B-1, B-2 (limited & general industrial) $50.75/AC <br /> Undeveloped property $ 5.97/AC <br /> There were no questions or comments received from the floor. . <br /> Action on this matter was taken within this evening's <br /> Consent Calendar. <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Probst, to approve the <br /> minutes of the February 22, 1993 Regular Council <br /> Meeting as prepared. Mation carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Ap1ikowski, to approve the <br /> Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all <br /> necessary documents contained therein.
