CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MlNNESOfA <br /> RESOLUTION 93- 24 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT <br /> IN THE MATIER OF THE <br /> 1993 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1993 P.ivement Maintenance Improvement was <br /> held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two <br /> weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters <br /> presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the <br /> matter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The 1993 Pavement Maintenance Improvement is hereby ordered as recommended in the <br /> . revised Feasibility Report dated March 5, 1993. <br /> Passed and adopted this 12th day of April, 1993. <br /> Thomas R.
