Erickson questioned the issue of Park Dedication fees. Community Plannin;r Coordinator Iago eJq:llained to the Developer that procedure has changed and Planning Commission recommendations will be presented to Council at their last Council meeting of the month, instead of their first Council meeting of the month. Developer became quite frustrated at learni.no of this change in procedure this evening as tinting is critical to begin const:J:uction.
