He added that the applicant, Paul <br /> Keleher, representing Edgewater Estates 3rd Addition, in <br /> order to accommodate the proposed townhome development, has <br /> requested the following actions: <br /> . - A rezoning of the 100' X 150' site (previously the old <br /> City lift station site) from R-l to R-3 District <br /> - Approval of an amended PUD General Development Plan <br />
