I would like to have <br />cable TV service but my experience with Cable TV North Central has been <br />much too unpleasallt~ Possibly I am merely ssrlsitive to their smLlg and <br />lucrative attitude. I expect better representation than to permit and <br />support this kind of behavior. <br /> <br />Specifically~ a cable was laid ir\ my yard last autumn along witll various <br />flags associated with its intendod burial. Cable TV North Central did <br />rlot bury the cable despite stating that such would be done on mere thah <br />(Jns occassiQn. This situation continlJed into the sprirlg~ Th2 first <br />time the serVlce was to be installed, two younger persons arrived and <br />seemed more conce~ned with ttle fact that the weekend was about to start <br />than with doing a decent job -- I refused this installation and the rlEx.t <br />time was much bette~. Also~ I was charged a $4.50 late fee bEcause I <br />forgot to mail the bill the prior month. This seemed an extlPeme nleasure <br />glven the monopoly (US West and NSP do not bet12ve .this waY'1 and that <br />Cable l'V North Cerltral does not bury cables on schedule.
