Because the petition was <br /> signed by 100% of the affected property owners, there is no need to hold a public improvement <br />. hearing. However, there is still a statutory requirement to hold an assessments hearing. <br /> We would recommend that the City Council establish an assessment hearing for their June 14th <br /> meeting.
