This is an increase of $526 million, or 10%, over the <br /> current biennium, and 2,8% more than the spending level recommended by the Gover- <br /> nor. <br /> The Basic Revenue Formula Allowance is increased in F.Y. 1995 to $3,150. This Is <br /> an increase of $100, or 3.3%, over the current formula allowance of $3,050. <br /> The regular transportation formula is increased from $421 to $447 for the 1991-92 <br /> base year, and from $434 to $463 for the 1992-93 base year.
