'!he role of city staff is to provide facts to the public. staff should be factual and informative. '!he locations identified as the safest locations are: City Hall - vault room Public Works - center of b.1il.din;J Additional staff safety issues to be addressed in the near future incl1.1din.J b.1ilding fire evacuation and records safety, city wide natural disaster and/or civil defense actions.
