Also <br /> present were: Clerk Administrator, Dorothy Person; <br /> Recording Secretary, Shar Foster, <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Note was made that the agenda had been revised to include <br /> Consent calendar items "in and "ju. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to adopt the May 24, <br /> 1993 agenda including the addition of Consent Calendar <br /> . items "ilt and "j". Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Aplikowsk~ moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the <br /> minutes of the May 10, 1993 Regular council Meeting as <br /> prepared. Motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Probst, to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> a. Receive Petition from Res~dents'Along Briarknoll <br /> Drlv~..
