All <br /> voted in favor. (7-0) . <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CASE #93-09 NELSON RELOCATION OP SANITARY <br /> SIlWER <br /> . Chair Winiecki opened the public hearing at 7:30 p.m., Case <br /> #93-09, Nelson relocation of sanitary sewer. <br /> Recording Secretary confirmed the publication of the Notice <br /> of Hearing in the New Briohton Bulletin on Wednesday, May <br /> 19, 1993, and mailing to affected property owners on the <br /> same date. <br /> Planning Consultant John Bergly presented the case as a <br /> vacation of a sanitary sewer easement on the property <br /> located at 3280 Sandeen Road, Arden HillS, Minnesota. The <br /> sanitary sewer easement serves the property at 3280 and 3262 <br /> Sandeen Road. The applicant has presented three proposals <br /> for a reconnection. <br /> Bergly noted the following: <br /> The sanitary sewer that serves lots on the west side of Lake <br /> Johanna is aligned between the homes and the lake. A <br /> manhole at the south end of the sewer is located on the <br /> south edge of Nelson's lot approximately 75 feet east of the <br /> SW corner of the lot. The sewer then continues diagonally <br /> across Nelson's lot to a point approximately 100 feet south <br /> of the NW corner of the lot. The 20 foot easement leaves <br /> the buildable area only 25 feet deep at the east edge of the <br /> . property (75' minus 10' minus 40' for the front yard setback <br /> = 25').
