Council concurred. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Aplikowski, relative to Case <br /> #93-11, George's Garden, 1371 Eide Circle, to approve a <br /> Special Use Permit, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Parking be limited to a minimum of two spaces in the <br />. driveway to reduce on-street parking. <br /> 2. All signage be approved through the City's sign <br /> ordinance/permit process. (Directional signs located on <br /> Hamline Avenue need to be removed.) <br /> 3. All sales/cash transactions are to occur within the <br /> primary structure (home/garage) located on the site. <br /> 4. Any required City/County/State business licenses be <br /> secured. <br /> S. Sales be 1 imi ted to perennial and related plants (no <br /> woody-type plants, trees or shrubs.) <br /> 6.
