The low bidder, <br />. Jedlicki Construction, Inc. of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, has completed several similar projects <br /> and have provided performance equal to or above the accepted construction standards. We find <br /> Jed1icki, Inc. to be a responsible and competent contractor and would recommend that they be <br /> awarded the contract for the Arden Place Drainage Improvements. <br /> Recommendations <br /> Based upon our analysis of the contractors' submittals and the results of our investigations, we <br /> make the following recommendations for your consideration: <br /> The City of Arden Hills should note acceptance and receipt of all four drainage <br /> improvement bids. <br /> If approved by the Council, the City should award the project to Jedlicki <br /> Construction, Inc. <br />. <br />
