This easement is the last of six easements to be acquired <br /> by the City for this project. The previous five easements have <br /> . already been reviewed and accepted by the City Council. Please <br /> place this on the Council Agenda for review and acceptance. After <br /> the easement has been accepted, it should be signed by Mayor Sather <br /> and yourself. The date on which the City Council accepts the <br /> easement should be added to the paragraph above the Mayor's <br /> signature line. <br /> After the Council has taken action and the document has been <br /> signed by the Mayor, please return it to me and I will record it <br /> along with the other five easements.
