The individual <br /> selected will serve a three-year term beginning January 17, 1994. <br /> . Members of the Board must be voting residents of Ramsey County and <br /> the watershed district, and may not be public officers of county, state <br /> or federal governments, except that Soil and Water District supervisors <br /> may serve as managers.
