CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-67 <br /> RESOLUTION REVISING WATER UTILITY RATES <br /> EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994 <br /> WHEREAS, City Council established a policy to review water <br /> rates on an annual basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the utility cost <br /> structure and has recommended that the Arden Hills City Council increase <br /> water utility rates, and <br /> WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate increase <br /> is necessary to enable the utility to remain self-supporting, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective January 1, <br /> 1994, water utility rates be revised as follows; <br /> New Rate Per <br /> Service Old Rate Ouarter <br /> Description Per Quarter Effective <br /> 1/1/94 <br />. Residential minimum charge $19.95 $20.55 <br /> Rates per 1000 gallons <br /> . winter 1. 89 1. 95 <br /> . Summer $ 1.99 $ 2.05 <br /> The Standby rates will not be increased. <br /> Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 13th <br /> day of December, 1993. <br /> Thomas R.
