Rate structure - The existing rate structure assumes pricing chanJe <br /> increments of $1.00 f= flat rates arrl $.10 f= <br /> consumption rates. <br /> 2. Finance Committee <br /> Recommendation - At the last Finance Committee meeting of November 17, <br /> 1993 (see attached minutes), the group recommended <br /> price increases of 3.5% for water arrl sanitary sewer <br /> utility services. <br /> 3. staff <br /> Recommendation - A December 7, 1993 memo from the City Accountant <br />. recommended minimum price increases of at least 3.1% <br /> f= water and sanitary sewer utility services. <br /> RECX:IO!ENDM'ICN: <br /> Considering input from both the Finance Connnittee and city staff, flat rates <br /> should increase by no more than $2.00 per quarter and consumption charges <br /> should in=ease by no more than $.10 per thousand gallons for the delivery of <br /> 1994 water arrl sanitary sewer utility services.
