In the past, the sidewalks in front of Northpark Corporate Center have <br />. always been shoveled by someone, I do not know who. As you stated, the City of Arden <br /> Hills does not shovel these sidewalks, due to liability issues that may arise. I have the <br /> same concern. If I chose to shovel this walk and someone slips and falls, am I <br /> responsible? <br /> Please let me know what the City Council decides on this issue. I certainly don't want to <br /> leave the sidewalk the way it is. It is very heavily traveled due to all the retail along <br /> County Road E. I would really like to see the City of Arden Hills take responsibility for <br /> keeping these clean. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
