As we know however, <br /> New Brighton would have to become the Capital of the United <br /> States before this would happen anytime soon, so how can you <br /> possibly justify a 19.1% increase in our property taxes? <br /> I urge you to find another way to avoid ANY tax increase, <br /> cut whatever you have to- then cut again and again. To say we <br />. have cut everything we could to avoid a tax increase is a cop <br /> out.
