The 8.57 acre <br /> swamp gets water run off from Roseville, Arden Hills and Lake Josephine. <br /> I think we should charge the above for using the acreage as a dumping <br /> . area for all this water, which has caused damage to our tennis court <br /> we put in on one very small corner off Ridgewood Road. <br /> I would greatly appreciate someone looking into this as soon as possible <br /> and we will be happy to discuss the problem with whoever-rs-an authority <br /> on the situation. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Mrs. C.
