RESOLUTION 94-01 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES AND <br /> CORPORATION AUTHORIZATION <br /> THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at a meeting of the City Council of Arden <br /> Hills duly called and held January 3, 1994, the following <br /> resolution was adopted: <br /> RESOLVED, that the First Bank st. Paul, N.A. shall be the <br /> official depository for all funds of the city of Arden Hills for <br /> the calendar year 1994; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall from time <br /> to time, ascertain that adequate security as required by the laws <br /> of the state of Minnesota, is furnished by such depository to <br /> protect the City'S deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on <br /> First Bank st. Paul, N.A., hereinafter called the Bank, shall be <br /> signed by three of the following officers: <br /> Thomas R. Sather or Dennis Probst <br /> Mayor Acting Mayor <br /> Dorothy A. Person or Terrance R. Post <br /> . City Administrator Treasurer <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is authorized <br /> to use a signature stamp at such time as it becomes necessary for <br /> Mayor Thomas R. Sather or Terrance R. Post, Treasurer. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said bank is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set <br /> forth, whether or not such checks be payable to the order of one <br /> of the foregoing persons either in his individual or official <br /> capacity or deposited to his individual credit, and whether or <br /> not such signatures are followed by the title or office of the <br /> person signing. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 1994. <br /> Thomas R.
