I ~ EASEMENTS AND PERMITS All four of the streets addressed in this report have 6O-foot right-of-ways and it does not appear that additional easements will be required to complete cold in-place recycling or I complete reconstruction projects as the work will be limited to the road surface area and boulevard areas. I FSTIMA TED COSTS The estimated construction and project costs for the recommended options of reconstruction I are provided in the cost tabulation section of this report. As the means of street rehabilitation have been discussed with City staff and the Council, only the most technically and economically feasible method of improvement has been included in this report. I Estimated construction costs are based on actual bids received in 1993 for projects of similar construction and scope. These costs are then adjusted using a 4 % factor for inflation. I Estimated project costs include overhead costs equal to 32 % of the construction cost as detailed by the City's Assessment Manual. This overhead costs includes city Administration, engineering design, construction inspection and staking, fiscal and legal expenses. I The following table presents the estimated costs of reconstruction for Amble Drive, Bussard Court, and Dunlap Avenue.
