The action taken by the Carrnission of January 5 GalSisted of: l. r::enial of request for rezoning (4-2), 2. Approve staff's recarrrendation to arrend the zoning ordinance with several provisions and arrendment to the Canprehensive Plan, MJtion failed with a tie vote (3-3). The City Council, at the January 31, 1994 rreeting will be limited to reviewing only Case #93-15 for a rezoning, ordinance arrendment = a termination agreerrent through arrortization. At a minimum, it is . recamended that the City Cbuncil consider a change to the land Use plan as part of the Canprehensive Plan, Should the City (buncil approve any of these options, the action should be directed back to the Planning Carrnission for further discussion. In the case of a review for a Special Use Pennit, the Carrnission will review this at its March 2 rreeting. Bus Terminal (special provisions) . A bus te:tminal site must be located within three hundred (300) feet of an existing sch=l. . Any te:tminal located in Arden Hills must have a contract for service with MJ1.ll1ds View Sch=l District #621. . A bus terminal site must be located adjacent to l:oth an arterial and collector road and have direct access to one of these roads.
