Public Hearing - Arden Place Update - The contractor was not able to <br /> gain access to the property due to extrerre =ld .....eather. He is <br /> anticipating to proceed with the project on JanuaIY 31. The M:Jnday <br /> hearing could be =ntinued at this P='int. <br /> II. Consent Calendar: <br /> a. LMCIT offers additional Excess liability coverage of $1,000,000. <br /> OUr current liability coverage is $1,600,000 as previously <br /> approved. It is recrmrended that the City again awrove the <br /> purchase of this additional coverage. <br />. b. Pay Equity Study - every third year the City is resp:msilile for an <br /> updated review of job evaluations and its salaJ:Y scale, This is <br /> about finalized and there have teen no job changes, with the <br /> annual updates in the carpensation scale. It I'oDUld appear that <br /> Arden Hills is in c:arpliance with pay equity, ~ver, the State <br /> will advise us of their review at a later date, Further details <br /> will l:e available to-bnday evening. The Council approval was given <br /> previously in a Council rrotion, however, this formal resolution is <br /> required by DCA. <br /> c. Econcmic Developrent Cc:mnittee - an arrended Resolution is enclosed <br /> noting an expansion fran 7 to 9 rrerrfr:ers. The individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on this ccmni.ttee are reccmnended for <br /> app:>intrrent later in the rreeting, <br /> d, The Council's formal approval of the Flexible Benefit Program <br /> (Section 125) needs to be noted by Resolution, <br /> e, The Mechanical fee schedule resolution request is attached, <br /> Earlier inforrration was sent indicating this change to percentage <br /> of value of Tl'echanical work to l:e ccnpleted, <br /> III.
