<br />DRAFT <br /> <br /> <br />Section 18-10. Reyocation. Any permit issued on the proyisions of <br />this chapter may be reyoked by the City Administrator for a <br />4It violation of any proyision of this chapter. <br /> <br />Section l8-11. Penalty. Any person yiolating any provision of <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />Section 18-12. Special Eyents Exceptions. The provisions of this <br />ordinance shall not apply to special events which are city wide <br />celebrations and which receive special permission from the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Section 18-13. Investiqation and Issuance. <br /> <br />1. Upon receipt of each application, it shall be referred to <br />the Ramsey County Sheriff for a background investigation <br />of the applicants business and moral character as deemed <br />necessary for the protection of the public good. <br /> <br />2. If as a result of such investigation, the applicants <br />character or business responsibility "is found to be <br />unsatisfactory, the City shall notify the applicant that <br />the application is disapproved and that no permit shall <br />be issued. <br /> <br />3. If as a result of such investigation, the applicant's <br />character or business responsibility is found to be <br />. satisfactory, the City shall deliyer to the applicant the <br />approved permit. <br /> <br />Section 18-14. Severability. If any part or provision of this <br />Chapter or the application thereof to any person, entity, or <br />circumstances shall be adjudged unconstitutional or inyalid by any <br />court of competence jurisdiction, such judgement shall be confined <br />in its operation to the part of the provision or application which <br />its directly inyolyed in the controversy in which such judgement <br />shall have been rendered, and shall not affect or impair the <br />yalidity of the remainder of this chapter or the application <br />thereof to the other persons, entities or circumstances. <br /> <br />The proyisions of this ordinance shall become effective on the <br />day of 19____ <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills this <br />day of 19____ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Thomas Sather <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />4It Dorothy A.
