<br /> , <br />PARCELS/OWNERSHIP <br />The study area contains: - <br />- 50 separate parcels <br />- 30 separate owners (taxpayers) <br />- 42 separate buildings <br />- 157.5 acres (not including streets or railroad R.O.W.s) <br />- 3 unused parcels (16.02 acres) <br />- 2 parcels used just for parking (2.7 acres) <br />- 9 parcels (all containing warehouse structures) owned by St. Paul <br /> Companies (35.08 acres)--largest single land ownership. <br />Table 1 shows all parcels, owners (or taxpayers), property addresses, <br />parcel identification (P .1.0.) numbers, parcel sizes (in acres), and <br />land, building and total values. <br />The parcel numbers shown on the ownership map are keyed to Table 1. The <br />map also shows owners of multiple parcels or buildings in the study <br />area. <br />IMPACT: <br />The number of parcels and the location of those parcels owned by the St. <br />Paul Companies, the two parcels owned by Scott Roberts, and the two <br />properties owned by Arden Hills Properties will be the key to planning <br />for redevelopment of the cen tra 1 area. This small number of owners i <br />should lessen the problems of timing and coordination of redevelopment <br />activities. . <br /> -8- <br /> ------- <br />
