Committees are advisory to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, <br /> through the Community Human Services Citizens Advisory Council, in setting <br /> priorities for various human service programs. Committees meet monthly; some <br /> committees meet during the day, and others meet in the evening. <br /> Applicants should be residents of, or work in, Ramsey County. <br /> Selections will be made on the basis of an applicant's background In an <br /> attempt to provide a balanced membership. Persons of color and consumers of <br /> service are especially encouraged to apply.
