M8v'e existing pylon sign 9X9 located on Lexington Avenue to the <br /> other side of driveway. It is now blocked by trees and is not <br /> visible. Eventually, the applicant would like to fabricate a new <br /> sign, matching sign #2, to replace the existing sign. <br /> 2. A new sign will be fabricated to identify Arden Plaza and 4 major <br /> tenants. A sign will be installed along County Road E at <br /> Lexington Avenue. Presently, there is no site identification sign <br /> along County Road E. <br /> 3. A small directional sign to be placed at the entrance to the Plaza <br /> along County Road E. <br /> The original site plan for this developrrent was approved in 1974-75. It <br /> included 2 area identification signs, one on County Road E and one on <br /> Lexington Avenue. In the past several years, the plaza rerroved the area <br /> identification sign on County Road E to assist TCF with its signage <br /> requirements. When TCF rroved, the signage identifying the plaza was not <br /> replaced. <br /> Over the past several years, both the mall and office canplex have <br /> . struggled with its ability to hold tenants. This request is primarily <br /> related to the new clinic locating in the plaza office canplex. The <br />
