The City will need to approve payrrent of the <br /> following: <br /> 1- $15,000 + accrued interest (from 9-29-93) to U S <br /> Environmental Protection Agency within 30 days frcm date <br /> of lodging of the Consent Decree in U S District Court <br /> (March 5, 1994). <br /> 2. $11, 000 plus accrued interest to U S Environmental <br /> Protection Agency within one year frcm date of lodging of <br /> the Consent Decree (March 5, 1994). <br /> . 3. Single payrrent of $576.14 to U S Fish and Wildlife Service <br /> within 30 days (March 5, 1994). <br /> Interest charged: <br /> 3.4% for days September 29 & 30, 1993 <br /> 3.36% rell\3.inder to date of payrrent <br /> It is recomnended that Council approve payrrent of the above costs. <br /> DAP:rk <br /> . <br /> ---..- <br />
