The City can co~nence litigation requesting a Court to <br /> issue an order requiring the Mobile Home Park Operator to <br /> comply with the terms of its Permit and requesting that <br /> the City be awarded its costs in pursuing such an action. <br /> It is also possible for the City to re-evaluate the <br /> recreational needs of its residents who reside within the Mobile <br /> Home Park and to amend the terms of the Special Use Permit if <br /> appropriate.
