RoImd T ...lra - Staff bas had serre progress in its discussion <br /> with Everest an the develcprent of this area. lam <br /> expecting a concept p.LO);lOsal to be made to the City Council <br /> later this nonth. <br /> 4. Davanni I S - The restaurant is expanding at Shannon Square. <br /> They will be requesting a change to the sign plan at the <br /> ccmplex which will be reviewed at the Jtm.e 1 Plarming <br /> C<:mn:i.ssian meeting. <br /> 5. Misce11:onanl1" - Staff also had several discussions with <br /> Bethel College and CPI an minor expansions. A warketing <br /> packet was prepared and given to BaIb Piotrowski and Ray <br /> McGraw to utilize in efforts to attract redevelcprent in the <br />. Red Fox/Grey Fox area. see attached.
