An eleven (11) f=t anterma will be placed on the top of <br /> the water tC1/Jer on the existing Cellular One rrounts. 'Ibis <br /> placement w::>uld not require any welding or changes to the <br /> . existing setup on the tC1/Jer itself. <br /> 2. within the existing Cellular One fence area, NSP Iol:lUld <br /> locate it's radio transmitting station. <br /> Staff has not discussed the specifics of any lease agreerrent with NSP. <br /> NSP has indicated that they were l=king for a lease rate of <br /> approxirrately $150. OO/rro. This rate is based upon those leases <br /> currently entered with other cities for this type of anterma. <br /> If the City Council Iol:lUld like to entertain this proposal, staff w::>uld <br /> like to have some prel:iminaJ:y approval to pr=eed with this request. <br /> A report w::>uld be prepared for review by the Planning O:mnission on <br /> July 6.
