Such a variance procedure would allow a case-by- <br />case review of these special circumstances and would provide a <br />reasonable accommodation of interests on all sides. <br /> <br />I have enclosed a draft of proposed language for the variance <br />procedure which should address the primary concerns of the city. <br /> <br />As we discussed on Friday, I would like the opportunity for <br />this issue to be raised at the next meeting on June 13, 1994. <br />Please call after you have a chance to review my proposal.
