PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> Donna Wiemann, 1406 Arden View Drive, stated she would like an explanation or <br /> understanding of why the traffic findings show that a discount retail superstore would not have an <br /> adverse effect on traffic operations. She reported Costco would create 1,000,000 more cars per <br /> year and she wanted to understand how this would impact traffic for the surrounding area. <br /> 2. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> None. <br /> 3. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. AUAR Update <br /> Community Development Director Jagoe stated the City Council authorized Kimley Horn to <br /> conduct the AUAR update, this meeting will provide Council the opportunity to provide any <br /> feedback on the draft update prior to being disseminated for outside comments. It was noted the <br /> draft update found does not include the appendices for the traffic report. <br />
