AIMINISI'RATION : <br /> 1. Errployee Insurance: The errployees have recorrrrended to Council the <br /> 7-1-94 to 6-30-95 health plan as follows: <br /> a, Health Insurance; the question is whether to change <br /> deductibles, to go with the Network or stay with the <br /> =rent Standard plan. Rates are lower for the <br /> Network plan. The errployees reCOllTl'el1d the Network, <br /> specifically the Select Care plan, which has aa $150 <br /> deductible at premium rates of $145. 74/=th for <br /> single and $376.30 for family. This is a 10% savings <br /> for health insurance. <br /> b, Dental Insurance: The premium has increased 4% for <br /> dental insurance. This year the plan is introducing <br /> an Orthodontics option, but requires all family dental <br /> enrollees to take part. The errployees recarmend <br /> taking part in orthodontics at additional =at of <br /> . $8.44 for those with family dental. Proposed rates <br /> 2 <br />
