Minutes Approval: The agenda was revised because the minutes for the May 19, 1994 Worksession were not included in the Agenda Packet for the June 27, 1994 Council Meeting. They will be reviewed and approved at the July 11 Council Meeting. C. Consent Calendar; Additional information: 1. Claims and Payroll Report; These reports are included under this cover for your review. They were inadvertently omitted from your packet. 2. The contract for the TCAAP project management will indicate that the City agrees to pay up to 50% of the $38,040 fee for 12 months, which will be in conjunction with the County and the National Guard payments. . D. Unfinished and New Business; Additional information: 1. Public Works - A request by the owner of Arden Manor for stand-by connection to City water. The owner has been requested to attend the Council Meeting; however, we have not received a commitment from him. TCAAP continues to work with the owner and is in negotiatiom with him. They see no interference regarding the stand-by status as their work is beyond stand-by status. E. Miscellaneous Information: 1. Letter to Dan Winkel, Public Works Superintendent from MSA Consulting Engineers regarding Amble Drive Storm Sewer, 2.
