T.C.A,A.P. area, <br /> Mayor Sather has resigned, Dennis Probst is now mayor and <br /> Beverly Aplikowski is the acting mayor. <br /> At the July 25, 1994 Council meeting, three (3 ) applicants <br /> will be interviewed for the Planning Commission seat, <br /> Mr, Fritsinger stated if Arden Manor presents other <br /> amenities to be offered to the tenants, then a public <br /> hearing and SUP process will be before the Planning <br /> Commission at the next meeting, <br /> McGraw would like to see the Council direct the Planning <br /> Commission as to what the next action should be with <br /> T,C,A.A.P. If there are areas that Councilor staff would <br /> Like to see researched further, he would like to be advised, <br /> McGraw asked that legal provisions be made to protect the <br /> City.' Later, the City can make the decision how to zone the <br /> property. Soil samples will need to be taken to determine <br /> the soil content. <br /> . <br />
