R~aistration Rec;[).lired: It is unlawful for any <br /> peddler, solicitor or transient merchant to engage in any such <br /> activity within the City of Arden Hills without first registering <br /> with the City Administrator in compliance with the provisions of <br /> this ordinance. Registration does not exempt compliance with all <br /> other applicable local, state and federal laws. <br />. (a) Registration. Persons registering under this ordinance <br /> shall file a sworn statement with the City <br /> Administrator's office on a form to be furnished by the <br /> City. The sworn statement shall provide: <br /> (1) The name, physical description and drivers license <br /> number of the person registering; <br /> (2) The permanent home address of the applicant, the <br /> address of the place of business or the firm or <br /> occupation which the applicant represents, and in <br /> the case of transient merchants the local address <br /> from which proposed sales will be made; <br /> (3) A brief description of the nature of the business <br /> and the goods to be sold; <br /> (4) If employed, the name and address of the employer, <br /> together with the credentials therefrom <br /> establishing the exact relationship; <br />. (5) The length of time for which the right to do <br /> business is desired; <br />
