This type of <br /> approach for assessment purposes is typically used for trunk and <br /> subtrunk sanitary sewer projects; trunk. subtrunk. source. storage <br /> and treatment water projects; and trunk storm sewer projects. <br /> k) Certification of Assessment Roll <br /> At the time the assessment rolls are adopted by the City Council <br /> by resolution (refer to Appendix for a sample Resolution). the <br /> property owner may pay the entire assessment against their <br /> -,' - property in full for 30 days without interest being charged. <br /> .
