Enclosed please see a copy of their <br /> marketing merro. <br /> 5. The Edgewater Estates drainage issue has resolved the l:erm <br /> issue. The elevation plan has l:een suJ::mitted as prepared by <br /> a registered engineer. &:me drainage problems were still <br /> present and were caused by an incorrect slope north of the <br /> l:erm . Keleher =rked with the City to rerrove the sod and <br /> cauplete additional contouring. Height was not affected. <br /> The City Engineer has visually inspected and approved the <br /> . drainage. Keleher will replace the sprinkling system and <br /> re-sod the area. <br />
