The <br /> <br />meeting is the first of three Thursday meetings sponsored by the <br /> <br />Arden Hills City Council and is scheduled for (DATE), at (TIME) <br /> <br />at (LOCATION). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The TCAAP land, occupying the northern third of Arden Hills, <br />has been the focus of much discussion between the U.S. Army, the <br /> <br />National Guard, the Department of Natural Resources, <br /> <br />environmental groups, the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County and <br /> <br /> <br />other interested parties.
