Motion carried unanimous! y (4..0). <br /> APPRO V AL OF COUNCIL MINUTES - .1UNE 16, 1994 AND .JULY 11. 1994 <br /> June 16, 1994: <br /> Page 1: Malone requested that the fifth sentence be stricken. <br /> July 11, 1994; <br /> Page 2: Hicks corrected the word pumping to piping in the first paragraph, second <br />. line. <br /> Page 7: Second paragraph should read: "Hicks suggested keeping two lanes at the <br /> west end of County Road E and Old Snelling,' <br /> Page 10: The next to the last line before Adjournment, should read: "Bridge <br /> construction in 1996 is estimated at $713,000.. <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone to approval the minutes of the June 16, <br /> 1994 Council Work Session, and the regular Council meeting minutes of July <br /> 11, 1994, as amended. Motion carried unanimously (4..0). <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks to approve the Consent Calendar and <br /> authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. Motion <br /> carried unanimously (4..0). <br /> PUBLIC COl'vIMENTS <br /> The Mayor opened the meeting to public comments. There were none. <br />. The Mayor stated that the public hearing on Perry Park will be at the scheduled time of 7:50 <br /> p.m. <br />
