Attached you will <br /> find a copy of the =rrespondence frcm the t-bbile Hare Park. <br /> As you can see they have proposed to repair and recpen the swimning <br /> pool for use by the first week of August, 1994. The JVbbile Park Hare <br /> Park will than be in a:xupliance with the condition of the existing <br /> Special Use Pennit to operate a swimning pool. <br />. Staff has made a site inspection of the pool and verified that the <br /> repairs are being undertaken. Mr. Husnik and Mr. Holrrquist were also <br /> encouraged to follow through and ccmplete a resident survey. Even <br /> though the pool will be opened, it is obvious that a number of <br /> residents may prefer other amenities. In the case that the park were <br /> to request a closing of the pool in the future, or other issues were <br /> raised, the survey would be beneficial to participating in those <br /> discussions. <br />. <br />
