Discussion of Request for Qualifications is enclosed <br /> as a draft for a consultant to begin plarming for the <br /> TCAAP area. This lIK:luld be advisory to the City for its <br /> Plarming responsibilities. <br /> D. Public Works: <br /> (1) Earlier the Council discussed the County Rd. E intersection <br /> re: turnlanes, additional lane and the lights. The lane striping <br /> can be addressed this fall, however the County needs the go <br /> ahead fran the Council.
