Amend the definition of Transient M=rchants =tained in Arden <br /> Hills Code Section 18-03 to read: "Transient Merchant means any <br /> person, finn or co1:p:)ratian who engages in any tenp::lrary <br /> business either in one locality, or by travelling fran place to <br /> place, selling marchanclise; and who, for the puzpose of can:ying <br /> on such business, owns, leases, occupies or uses abuilding, a <br /> p::lrtion of a building, or a maans of transportation, for the <br /> exhibition and sales of such marchandise," <br /> 2.
